When can I access my locker?

You can access your locker from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Begur, and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Girona, without interruption.

How do you reserve? Can it be booked in advance?

Reservations are made exclusively online both in advance and at the last minute. It is very simple:

Access the web.
Choose the date or dates you decide to book.
Choose the locker size you prefer.
Make the payment process.
Both on screen and by email, you will receive a code with which you can enter Girona Lockers.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Of course! If you cancel more than 72 hours before your locker reservation date, the cancellation or modification is free of charge.

If there are less than 72 hours remaining, the cancellation is non-refundable.

How much are our lockers?

At Girona Lockers Girona, we offer two locker sizes:

Size L for €8 per day.
Size XL for €17 per day.

At Girona Lockers Begur, we offer three locker sizes:

Size S for €9 per day.
Size L for €15 per day.
Size XL for €19 per day.

How many times can I access the locker?

You will be able to access your locker as many times as necessary during the rental period.

I have not received my confirmation email. What do I do?

Please wait a few minutes and/or check your junk / spam folder. If you still do not receive the email, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 628 183 923.

Is my luggage safe at Girona Lockers?

Yes, your luggage is completely safe at Girona Lockers. We have a video surveillance system for 24 hours, 365 days a year.

What happens if I arrive late and Girona Lockers is already closed?

Please remember that our opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Begur, and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Girona.

If you arrive late and your luggage is still inside and you cannot access the premises, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 628 183 923. We will assist you so your oversight can be easily resolved.

A surcharge of €30 will apply.

How long can I reserve my locker for?

The minimum is one day and the maximum is marked by you, as many as you need. When you make your reservation you can mark it on the calendar.

If you book through the website, you will receive an email with a QR code and a numeric code. Enter the premises and, on the screen, type the 6-digit numeric code or scan the QR code, and your locker will open. You can now store your luggage and enjoy the beautiful town of Begur!

Girona:

Make your reservation online. You will instantly receive an email with a QR code and a numeric code. Enter the 4 digits followed by the # symbol to access the premises. Once inside, go to the screen, type the 6-digit numeric code or scan the QR code, and your locker will open. You can now store your luggage and enjoy the beautiful city of Girona!

How can I pay at Girona Lockers?
